From the perspective of effectively ensuring national data security, the most critical and core technology should be based on independent innovation, self-reliance, aiming at the forefront of world science and technology, strengthening basic research, and achieving a major breakthrough in forward-looking basic research and leading original achievements; It is also necessary to strengthen the security protection of key information infrastructure and enhance the ability of data security early warning and traceability. Fortunately, this situation is gradually changing.
